Rumors spread like wild fire that Lil Wayne targets Jay-Z in a newly-leaked song called "It's Good". Featuring Drake and Jadakiss, the track is recorded for Weezy's soon-to-be-released studio album "Tha Carter IV".
The song opens with someone crooning such lyrics as "You who are rich and whose troubles are few/ May come around to see my point of view/ What price the crown of the king on his throne?/ When you're chained in the dark all alone."
Jadakiss then gets his rap turn first, spitting "I'm as real as they come, I follow the rules/ I'm still in the hood, but I probably should move/ Made enough money, I don't f*** around/ I just felt they needed me, so I stuck around."
Drizzy follows next, rapping not-so-apologetic lines. He throws his verses, "Please pardon my brother/ He's just angry at you n****s who don't have your heart in your rap s***/ And got too f***in comfy, cause we still f***in hungry."
Weezy saves his bars for the last. He rhymes, "Talkin' about baby money, I got your baby money/ Kidnap your b****, get that how much you love your lady money. I know you fake n****, press your brakes n****/ I'll take you out, that's a date, n****."
Although there is no official word whether or not the song is directed at Jay-Z, many people were quick to link it to lyrics rapped by the "Watch the Throne" rapper in song "H.A.M". The Roc Nation founder raps, "I'm like really half a billi n****, really you got Baby money/ Keep it real with n****s, n****s ain't got my lady money."
